C.H.A. is currently recruiting for the following positions:
Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)- Full-time: Our Behavioral Health Behavioral Care Provider (BCP) will directly provide evidence based therapeutic interventions to medically, mentally or behaviorally challenged clients of Community Health Alliance. The position will be a part of a multi-disciplinary staff to assess, diagnose, plan and provide treatment for patients. These cases may or may not involve patients with serious mental illness (SMI) or severely emotionally disturbed (SED) clients or clients without an SMI or SED diagnosis but who struggles with managing their physical health, are homeless or under-housed and have chemical dependency issues. The BCP may be asked to facilitate psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational groups to diverse groups of clients.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist
• If not licensed in the state of Nevada, then eligibility for licensure in Nevada.
• Be able to pass a background check
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Willing to obtain needed medical screens and immunizations such as TB test, Hepatitis, etc.
Must keep continuing educational credits up to date and in compliance of law as required by the employee’s governing licensing agency
Advanced Practice Provider- Full-time: The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries as a member of a Care Team in a Family Practice model setting; provides comprehensive, outpatient medical services for individuals and families on a continuing basis; and, may, at certain locations, provide a continuum of care into inpatient and/or residential settings.

Title X Program Coordinator~ Full-time. Community Health Alliance is recruiting for a Title X Program Coordinator. The Program coordinator leads the Title X grant program. Cultivates and supports FQHC adoption of innovative reproductive health best practices and participates in quality improvement initiatives with the goal of data driven transformation of care at the patient, provider, and organizational levels.
