Biography
Jordan has lived in the Reno/Sparks area for over 20 years. She graduated from Reno High School and then continued her education at the University of Nevada, Reno. Her doctorate project focused on improving education for patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 in the acute care setting. Jordan also served as a missionary in Nicaragua for 18 months before starting nursing school. She also has four years of experience working with patients on a medical/telemetry floor at a local hospital.
Personal Interests
Jordan has a hobby farm on the outskirts of Reno. She enjoys taking care of her chickens, goats, milk cows, and horses. Jordan also loves gardening, camping, reading books, and riding motorcycles. She is currently learning how to train therapy dogs.
