Your Opportunity to Consider a New Medicaid Plan Has Been Extended

As a result of the State of Emergency declared by Governor Steve Sisolak, the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP) is extending the Open Enrollment period. Managed Care Organization (MCO) change requests will be accepted through August 21, 2020, with an effective date of September 1, 2020. Please be advised that phone contact may be limited, and Medicaid District Office lobbies will not be open to walk-in customers until the State Emergency is lifted. MCO change requests should be mailed to the address indicated below. You can find the form here.
