For fiscal year 2015-2016 (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016) Community Health Alliance has an operating budget of $14.7 million. Most of the budget (86%) represents the cost of providing healthcare services to patients. Thirteen percent of the budget supports administrative functions, including management of programs, billing, and other support functions. Fundraising expenses make up 1% of the budget.

Community Health Alliance is a non-profit organization registered with the State of Nevada as H.A.W.C., Inc and recognized by the I.R.S. as a 501c3 entity whose purpose is to provide financially aprropriate health care to Washoe County. Donations given to Community Health Alliance may be tax deductible depending on your financial circumstances.
