Todd was raised in Southern California and attended the University of California, Riverside as a geology major before deciding to change to pharmacy. He has been a registered pharmacist for 29 years, nearly all in the retail sector, initially in California and then in Nevada. He has two children, both attending college at his alma mater.

Todd enjoys golfing, watching movies, good food, and hanging out with his children.
