    We provide a comprehensive range of primary care services. Should you require specialty care or other community resources, our team is standing by to help.

    We provide a comprehensive range of primary care services that include: chronic disease management, pediatric care, reproductive health, low-cost pharmacies and immunizations, even behavioral health and nutrition counseling. And to fuel your long-term wellness, we also provide free nutritious foods in our food pantries. Should you require specialty care or other community resources, our friendly, dedicated team is standing by to help.

    We offer both scheduled and same-day appointments Monday-Friday for you and your family. Same-day appointments are based on availability and as soon as we have an opening. We can address immediate health needs such as cough, fever, rashes, ear infections, pink eye, gout, urinary tract infections (UTIs), sexually transmitted infection (STI) symptoms, and more. Your health is our priority.
