    Kelly graduated from Regis College with her master’s degree in nursing. She holds undergraduate degrees in nursing from Western Governors University and Sacramento City College. Kelly grew up in the Sacramento area and moved to Reno to pursue a career in nursing. She has established deep roots in this community and has more than 15 years of experience serving the healthcare needs of Northern Nevadans.
