Biography
Luis was born and raised in Reno. He gained his experience in retail pharmacy beginning as a pharmacy technician trainee. He attended pharmacy school at Pacific University in the Northwest suburbs of Portland, OR. Luis returned to Reno to be closer to family and to serve his community.
