Community Open House at the New Community Health Alliance Sun Valley Health Center on Saturday, August 27, 2022
Providing healthcare services, music, face painting, tours and more!
To celebrate the opening of Community Health Alliance’s new Sun Valley Health Center, we’d like to invite the community to explore our new location with expanded services, including a low-cost pharmacy and food pantry on Saturday, August 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Low-cost healthcare services offered at the event include:
- Back-to-school vaccines for 5+*
- Dental screenings for children 0-20*
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) services
*Please bring your insurance card, if applicable.
Also at the event, enjoy entertainment including musical performances, face painting, light refreshments, health center tours, and more!
