Community Health Alliance is temporarily closing its North Valleys Health Center as the Hawk Fire continues to impact our community.

Community Health Alliance is temporarily closing its North Valleys Health Center as the Hawk Fire continues to impact our community.

Because the health center is located within the current evacuation zone, the North Valleys location will be closed on Monday, August 24, and Tuesday, August 25.

Patients who have appointments at the North Valleys Health Center during this closure, or who need to schedule or reschedule an appointment, are encouraged to call (775) 329-6300. Community Health Alliance’s five other health center locations remain open at this time and are available to serve patients.

The safety of our patients, staff and community remains our top priority. We understand that emergencies like this can bring uncertainty and disruption to families throughout Northern Nevada, and we are committed to sharing updates as information becomes available.

We encourage everyone in our community to stay safe, remain alert and follow all evacuation orders and guidance from local emergency officials.
