Community Health Alliance and Washoe County School District Host Back-to-School Vaccine Clinics in July and August

Walk-ins are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis but appointments are given priority and are encouraged.

Community Health Alliance (CHA) will be partnering with the Washoe County School District (WCSD) to host vaccine clinics at select schools through July and August. Required vaccines for the upcoming school year will be provided for students entering kindergarten and above who have not yet met state immunization requirements.

Children needing vaccinations for Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis), MCV4 (meningococcal conjugate vaccine), HPV (human papillomavirus), Hep A, and others can receive them at any of the listed vaccine clinics. A parent or legal guardian must be present.

Thanks to CHA’s presenting sponsor, Molina Healthcare of Nevada, free vaccines are available for uninsured children, while supplies last. Insurance is not required, but if your child is insured, please bring your insurance card.
