Biography

Kathleen, a highly experienced therapist who is deeply passionate about connecting with and supporting individuals through their therapeutic journey.

With almost a decade of practice, Kathleen has worked with people from diverse backgrounds, ages, and diagnoses. Her extensive therapy experience includes working with families, couples, and first responders, which has led her to specialize in trauma and receive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Kathleen firmly believes in the positive impact of EMDR for trauma symptoms and has witnessed its transformative effects firsthand. She has been trained in providing EMDR through telehealth. Additionally, Kathleen is trained in Perinatal Mental Health, assisting individuals and couples as they navigate the challenges of fertility, pregnancy, new parenthood, or child loss.
