Biography
Lita’s professional experience includes over seven years of clinical experience with children and their families in a wide array of settings, including in-home crisis management, comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma treatment including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and supporting neurodiverse individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and the profoundly gifted. Lita enjoys supporting clients as they grow and ensuring that the needs of her clients and providers are met in order to achieve their goals. She received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Missouri and Bachelor’s of Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

In her spare time, you can find Lita thrifting, cooking, or exploring the great outdoors with her husband and their two rescue pitbulls.
