She is committed to creating a safe, culturally responsive space where clients feel understood and supported. Lucero works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with a focus on helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. Lucero is passionate about reducing barriers to care and improving access to services for underserved communities.
