Sharing Our Feelings
We all have thoughts and feelings sometimes that are confusing. Sometimes we are happy, sometimes sad, or angry. Holding onto feelings and keeping them inside makes it harder. Whatever you are thinking or feeling- know that there is always something you can do about it. Talking about your feelings and describing your feelings helps a lot. “ If you can name it you can tame it”! Talk with someone you trust in your family, someone at school, or even your doctor. Talking about our feelings makes us smarter, happier, and helps us connect with other people.
You can use the chart below to help identify feelings.
