Community Health Alliance Named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada

Community Health Alliance (CHA) is proud to announce that it has been awarded 1st Place in the Large Business Category at the 18th Annual Greater Reno-Tahoe Best Places to Work Awards. This recognition reflects CHA’s deep commitment to its team, culture, and mission — and it comes directly from the voices of its employees.

The Best Places to Work Awards, a prestigious program in Northern Nevada, evaluates employers solely based on employee feedback. Organizations must be nominated by their own team members and meet strict criteria, including achieving at least an 80 percent favorable rating in an anonymous workplace survey. The survey measures key elements such as trust, communication, leadership, and engagement.
